Is Venmo free to use?
There is no charge for sending money using your Venmo balance, bank account, debit card or prepaid card. There will be a 3% charge for any credit card transactions.
What are Venmo's limits?
Accounts not verified have a rolling weekly limit of $299.99. Verified accounts have much larger limits, to $4,999.99 a week for person-to-person payments.
Is Venmo safe?
Venmo is encrypted and has security features like PIN codes and biometric login.
Can I use Venmo internationally?
No. Venmo is only available to account holders with a US bank account and US phone number to receive an SMS.
